    and/or

    /dli/fpicb/year-year/"ref-years-yyyy-yyyy.zip

    TO A TEMPORARY DIRECTORY ON YOUR PC.


2.  Uncompress using the subdirectories or path that is assigned to the
    zipped files.

3.  Run the set-up program "setup.exe"
    Close all apllications before running "setup.exe"
