Description

This product (Statistics Canada Catalogue No. 23F0001XCB) provides access to a wide range of statistics and indicators on food. It contains information on food consumption, food prices, nutrition, supply and demand, as well as industry data, processing, employment, productivity, trade. In addition to the annual statistics on food in Canada, there are also a number of data sets for the provinces and territories, as well as quarterly and monthly statistics. The data can go back to 1960.
